Margaret Benenati has extensive experience in handling complex multiparty civil litigation matters.  Margaret graduated with honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1995, where she was a scholarship recipient and honored for her achievements in legal research and writing and courtroom advocacy. Prior to law school, Margaret earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University, where she also received academic honors. 

Margaret practices in all state courts and is admitted in Federal Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.  She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
